Intertrust builds legal strength in its fiduciary team

The industry leader with over 1,500 specialists working from 33 offices in 24 countries has expanded its fiduciary team with Sabrina Foster and Christine Fletcher joining as Directors, Fiduciary Services in the Cayman Islands. The two come from a legal background, together possessing 26 years of combined Cayman experience.

Sabrina Foster brings to Intertrust Cayman over 16 year’s legal experience. Her key areas of practice included hedge fund, unit trust and private equity structuring and formation, commercial and private trust structuring, as well as advising with respect to ongoing corporate governance, financing and regulatory matters relevant to both regulated and non-regulated investment funds operating in multiple jurisdictions. Sabrina has been recognized by Legal 500 for her corporate and commercial work and by PLC Which Lawyer? as a lawyer of choice for private clients.

Prior to joining Intertrust, Sabrina was a partner with the boutique firm, Paget-Brown. She was also a partner at Appleby, where she spent 8 years with the Funds and Investment Services team. In her early years Sabrina was an Associate at Walkers and Turner & Roulstone. She was admitted in the Cayman Islands as an attorney-at-law in 1997.

Christine Fletcher was previously an Associate at the international law firm Mourant Ozannes for almost 10 years and left their investment funds practice group to join Intertrust. At Mourant Ozannes Christine specialized in all areas of corporate/commercial work, with a particular emphasis on investment funds. She has experience advising a broad range of clients in respect of the formation, restructuring, management and termination of Cayman investment funds. Christine has been admitted to practice in New York, Ontario, Canada and Jamaica bringing with her a compliment of international experience.
