How to conduct a finger printing process in Canada

Accredited Fingerprint Companies

An accredited company nationalpardon.org is allowed to submit fingerprints to the RCPM Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS) for the National Repository of Criminal Records. Accredited companies can take paper fingerprints and convert them into digital form and then transmit them to CCRTIS. These services can be used by people living outside Canada.

How to Submit Your Fingerprints if you are LivingOut of Canada

If you are living outside Canada and you would wish to submit your finger prints to RCPM Canadian Criminal Real Time Identification Services (CCRTIS), you should first contact the local police of the country you are currently living to provide you with a copy of fingerprints.

Make sure that the name and the address of the police agency who captured your fingerprints is recorded. Let them capture the fingerprints from all of your 10 fingers with a black ink. Then, contact a reputable and accredited company in Canada to convert the ink fingerprints to digital copies and transmit them to CCRTIS electronically.

For quick and easy clearance from the criminal records, ensure that your fingerprints are captured by an accredited company. Where your fingerprints are digitally transmitted, ensure that you have the receipt and the Document Control Number for easy Tracking.
