Fun After School

BoxingThe week of Monday, 11 February, GIS Spotlight detains you after school, helps the National Gallery take over the Governor’s front yard and then zooms in one more time for a RCIPS chopper evac.

It is always challenging to keep students healthy, safe and out of trouble when school lets out. These days government’s robust Extended After School Programme finds fun ways for young people to spend the late afternoon.

PhotographyThe programme has grown from 60 children in 2011 to over 1,400. Join us to see what the organisers are doing right. Hear how 180 enthusiastic volunteers have enlisted to teach their favourite past-times to the young participants. Learn how you can be a sponsor or a volunteer and positively impact young lives and the Islands’ future.
