Yesterday evening, 19 May, police received a report of a suspicious vessel near East End making its way to shore. The Joint Marine Unit and Air Operations Unit responded, and tracked the vessel to Gun Bay Dock. Once docked, marine officers arrested four men. Three men, ages 59, of West Bay, and 44 and 36, both from Cuba, were arrested on suspicion of Engaging in Smuggling; the fourth man, age 42, of West Bay, was arrested on suspicion of Illegal Landing. The men are currently in Police Custody.
