Dynamic Systems Allocation Fund terminated by CIMA
On 30th October 2013 the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority terminated the registration of Dynamic Systems Allocation Fund Limited (Reg. # 4566).
A letter sent to Flavio Cirio Director of the Fund in Switzerland gave the following reasons for the termination:
failing to prepare and submit audited accounts for the years ended 31 December 2003 to 2012 and failing to pay its annual registration fee for the years 2008 to 2013
in addition, the Fund remains in breach of Section 50 of the Companies Law (2013 Revision) for failing to have a registered office.
