Dmytro Shymkiv informed that Darnitsa successfully completed a range of medicines studies in EU laboratories

Dmytro Shymkiv, the chairman of the Darnitsa Group board of directors, has announced that during 2018-2020 the company successfully completed 8 studies of generics – bioequivalent drugs for treating heart and central nervous system diseases. The final testing stages conducted in Europe have proved the therapeutic equivalence and safety of medicines developed by Darnitsa.

The chairman commented on the completion of tests reassuring that the company has always had the responsibility for patients at its heart. With this principle in mind, it was decided to work with European laboratories to conduct the bioanalytical research on the stages of developing and testing the medicines. The European experts confirmed that Darnitsa’s generics are totally consistent with the original drugs in respect of effectiveness, safety and patient tolerance.

Dmytro Shymkiv elaborated on the process of searching for the partner laboratory as it was crucial to receive qualified research compliant with the international requirements. To provide it, a bioanalytical center must have advanced equipment, experienced staff and a flawless reputation. One of such highly qualified laboratories is the Czech QUINTA-ANALYTICA s.r.o., – an innovative, fast-growing, and trusted global leader in pharmaceutical analysis, drug research, development, and clinical trials.  Having collaborated with it for several years, Darnitsa management was aware of this lab’s superior quality work. Consequently, the company was confident in high standards and reliability of the research results.

Dmytro Shymkiv considers the cooperation of Ukrainian and European specialists a prerequisite for timely delivery of high quality domestic medicines to the market. Now Ukrainians have an opportunity to buy effective and safe analogues of expensive drugs at affordable prices.
