Complete Writing is proud to announce and welcome Mona Lisa Tatum as the company’s Marketing and Communications Specialist.  Mona Lisa will be charged with a wide range of responsibilities with a focus on developing sales and driving revenue by improving the performance and profitability of the company’s marketing programme.

She joins the Complete Writing team from the Cayman Islands National Gallery where, for close to 5 years, she served as the Communications and Marketing Manager.   “What attracted me to Complete Writing” states Mona Lisa, “was its non-traditional approach to leadership, and innovation in applying marketing ROI techniques. It’s a business where I can put my experience and education to work, but also where the brute force of my vivid imagination is not only valued, but is encouraged to blossom.”

Mona is no stranger to the public arena.  She’s been involved in Cayman’s entertainment industry locally for most of her adult life having worked as an on air radio personality, digital video editor and associate producer for the Cayman 27 morning show Daybreak, news broadcaster with the Paramount Media Group, stage manager for numerous key stage    productions, host of various exclusive events including Jazz Fest 2008; and judge for countless musical competitions.  Not to mention the fact that in 1999, she won Miss Cayman Islands and represented the Islands internationally at Miss World and Miss Universe.

“This is a very exciting time for our writing agency,” explains Chief Editor Sonya Carlesso.  “As we begin to emerge from a long period of global economic challenges, it is imperative that we develop results-driven strategic marketing programs so that we can meet our competitive challenges and improve profitability.   At the same time, we didn’t want to upset the status quo by recruiting a team member whose personality and way of thinking didn’t correspond to our company’s brand.   While we needed someone who could bring a particular technical expertise to our business, in this case marketing, we were firm in our resolve to find someone who would fit.  Having said that, we’ve had our eye on Mona for quite some time now. Not only is she suitably competent in the world of communications, well-respected by the media industry, and highly recognised publicly, her personality and ability to relate in a real and positive way to people from all walks of life, makes her a natural fit for our writing agency.  It is no understatement when we say that we are excited that she is now part of the Complete Writing family.”

Complete Writing is a full-servicing writing agency delivering the most comprehensive range of professional writing services in the Cayman Islands.  The company is dedicated to the art of written communications and committed to well-researched, imaginative, powerful, responsible, and persuasive copy that saves clients costly time and unnecessary frustration. The company has delivered high quality ghost written services to clients locally and globally, and provides writing workshops, corporate team building initiatives, and is scheduled to publish a local author next year.  Also, they will be launching Camp Once-Upon-A-Time this summer, where children are encouraged to express themselves through experiential creative activities.
