Water Authority – Cayman’s offices in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac will be closed to the public on Friday, 13 June. This closure is to facilitate a system upgrade. There will be no access to the Customer Portal from 4:00 PM on Thursday, 12 June to 9:00 AM on Monday, 16 June.

Customers may still make payments online via online banking, post office and via the Authority’s cheque dropbox. Additionally, trucked water deliveries in Cayman Brac will continue on Friday, and customers can call the office to place water orders, despite the closure.

Offices will re-open on Monday, 16 June, at 8:30 A.M. Disconnections have been moved to Tuesday, 17 June so that customers can make payments in the office on Monday without the imposition of a service disconnection.
