Cayman: Man Charged with 8 offenses in relation to Domestic Incident

A man, age 29 of Bodden Town, has been formally charged with Assault ABH, Threats to Kill, Wrongful Confinement, and Damage to Property, in relation to a series of domestic incidents which occurred between 13 and 16 February.

The man is also subject to a protection order relating to the victim, and has therefore also been charged with two counts of Breach of a Protection Order. He has further been charged with Assaulting Police and Attempting to Escape Lawful Custody, in relation to his actions following his arrest on 16 February.

The man appears in court today, 20 February.
