The submerged boat was brought onshore this morning (picture attached). The JMU is in the process of identifying the owner. No injuries have been reported.

Police responded this morning at approximately 7:30AM today, 15 December, to a report of a capsized boat off Smith Cove. The boat is submerged in the water. Based on preliminary checks it appears that no one was on board or injured. The JMU is looking into the incident.
