Cayman Islands Stingray Swim Club masters swimming

SSC Masters OneStingray Swim Club’s (SSC) new masters swim programme started on Monday 4th January at the Lions Aquatic Centre.
The programme takes place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12 Noon — 1pm and is coached by Stingray Swim Club’s Coaches. “After a number of inquiries about a SSC masters programme, we started a three month trial programme which will be open to all levels of swimmers 18 and over who want to take part in structured workouts, receive technical feedback and generally improve their swimming,” said Pursley.
“Masters swimming is a great way to stay fit and to socialise at the same time. If taking part in any of CIASA’s Open Water Swims, completing the Flowers Mile or taking part in a triathlon are on your list of New Year’s resolutions then our swim programme will make sure you achieve them.”
