Man Charged with Attempted Rape…..

A man, age 49 of George Town, has been charged with Indecent Assault and Attempted Rape. The charges stem from an incident on 3 September, 2018 where he assaulted a woman known to him.

He is appearing in court this morning, 10 September.

 

Power Outage

Today, 10 September, around 12:20PM, the Bodden Town Police Station lost power due to a lightning storm.  The phone lines are down and anyone trying to reach police should call the George Town Police Station at 949-4222 or should call 9-1-1 if there is an emergency.
