Are you a busy woman ready for a break? Come and join this amazing experience where you will find peace and balance in a tranquil setting right on the beach.

The Balancing Owl is teaming up with Lifestyles, Ltd. to create a day that will help you let go of your stress, breathe more freely, align with your inner self and feel better in your body. We’ll also work with you one-on- one and in group settings to plan for a more peaceful and balanced future.

We’ll arrive on Sunday for dinner, get to know each other and watch the sunset. Monday through Thursday, we’ll engage in amazing activities such as:

•Daily yoga on the beach
•Motivational presentation on lifestyle change presented by Donna
•Individual coaching sessions with Laurie and Donna
•Book club discussion- Finding Your Own North Star by Martha Beck
•Water aerobics
•Releasing barriers to your aligned life with a special ceremony on the beach
•Daily meditation including iRest Yoga Nidra
•Vision planning including setting your intentions & creating life plans
•Breakfast and lunch in the resort restaurant
•Evening group dinners
•Free time to lounge by the pool with a book, swim in the ocean, or walk the
sandy beach. There is also a gym, bicycles, tennis courts and more.
•Additional options include setting up time with Donna’s massage therapist,
other hotel spa services, scuba lessons, paddle boards, kayak rental, etc.

On Friday, we’ll head home feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.


The retreat will take place at The Reef Resort on the east side (a more tranquil and less populated part of the island). The Reef is a Wyndham Resort and is located directly on the beach with all suites having a beachfront view. *See their website for photos and detailed room information:

Room Options
Studio Suite: non-smoking and includes 1 king bed, kitchenette with mini
fridge/microwave, coffee table, and beachfront balcony with patio furniture.

One Bedroom Suite: non-smoking and includes 1 king bed (in separate bedroom), a full kitchen, large dining area, large seating area, 2 twin Murphy beds (they pull down from the wall in large seating area), and beachfront
