The ground breaking ceremony takes place Wednesday. 30 August 2017 at 9.30am to introduce Cayman’s first LEED certified community development, Periwinkle.

Periwinkle is a new housing development located on the waterfront at Grand Harbour, with sustainability and community at its core. Homes are due to be completed in fall 2018.
