Cayman Islands: UPDATE: Fatal motor vehicle accident Thu morning, 15 February, in East End

Police can now confirm the name of the woman who died in the fatal accident on 15 February in East End. She is Altameka Price, aged 28 of East End.

This morning, Thu 15 February, just past 2AM, police and emergency services were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communication Centre to a single vehicle accident in the vicinity of 179 Farm Road in East End. A Subaru with two occupants had collided with a tree. Both occupants, a woman and man, were transported to Cayman Islands Hospital where the woman, age 28, was pronounced dead. The man remains in the hospital is now in stable condition and does not appear to have life-threatening injuries.
