Cayman IT provider, Ronco Cayman, has expanded its team with the recent hire of two Caymanians, Ms Nickola O’Sullivan and Mr Paul Lankford.

Ms Nickola O’Sullivan has joined Ronco as a trainee Microsoft GP consultant. Ms O’Sullivan has a Bachelors of International Business Administration from Hult International Business School and has worked previously at Baptist Health International and Merrill Lynch Bank and Trust (Cayman) Ltd.

“I was attracted to Ronco for its reputation for providing its clients with a transparent and quality customer service,” Ms O’Sullivan said. “They are pioneers in terms of the way they structure their service agreements and manage their client accounts and it really appealed to me to work for such an innovative and ethical company.”

Mr Paul Lankford comes to Ronco from Hurley’s Media where he worked as the company’s IT and Audio Visual Manager. As a computer technician at Ronco he will be responsible for implementing and maintaining network solutions for customers.

“Working with Ronco will give me the opportunity to further develop and expand my IT and customer relations experience and I’m looking forward to being part of such a progressive and dynamic team,” Mr Lankford said.

Mr James McGarvey of Ronco Metrics, said he was focused on developing and mentoring talented Caymanians and intends to make the company a stronghold for personal development for its staff.

“We are pleased to welcome Nickola and Paul to our growing team,” he said. “Both are significant hires and have strong experience and technical skills.”

“We have implemented a training program for Nickola and Paul, and the other young Caymanians on our team to put them on the track to certification in various Microsoft disciplines.

“We want to be able to offer young Caymanians the opportunity to have an interesting and stimulating career in IT. We have no doubt Nickola and Paul will be valuable additions to our team and will further enhance our ability to serve our clients’ varied IT needs,” Mr McGarvey said.
