Christmas-Balbinka-l

Do not DRINK & DRIVE

If you drink and drive this Christmas you will be caught. That is the stern warning from the Royal Cayman Islands Police Service.

The holiday safety initiative begins on Wednesday 10th December and runs through to Sunday 4th January.

Police say to expect high visibility patrols, especially in the first week.

With an increase in parties and celebrations, officers will be out in force to catch those who try to flout the law. Officers say there are no excuses.

If you know you are going to drink, do NOT drive. Arrange a ride with a friend or take a taxi.
