WHAT: Cayman Cookout

WHEN: 6 p.m. on January 16 – 7 p.m. on January 19, 2014

WHERE: The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman

WHY: If you’re fond of beachside BBQs, then you won’t want to miss Cayman Cookout. The event includes some of world’s premiere chefs, including chef and owner of ThinkFoodGroup, Jose Andres, TV personality Anthony Bourdain, and Eric Ripert, a regular guest judge on Bravo’s Top Chef. Plus, the Cayman Islands have frequently been heralded “the culinary capital of the Caribbean,” so look out for everything from Caymanian to Italian cuisine.

HIGHLIGHTS: Check out the “Ambassadors in the Kitchen Kids Brunch,” where kids can learn how to bake cookies in a solar oven or crack coconuts.
