Bould Consulting Limited to rebrand as Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB)

RBLIn line with Rider Levett Bucknall’s unified global image, Cayman Island-based Construction & Property Advisory practice, Bould Consulting Limited is rebranding as Rider Levett Bucknall. The same expertise, personnel and quality service will continue to be provided to our many clients under the rebranded company.

Martyn Bould has been practicing as a chartered quantity surveyor, project manager and arbitrator, throughout the Caribbean since 1969 and in 2004 his company Bould Consulting Limited teamed up with UK’s Bucknall Austin to supplement local Caribbean intelligence with additional global resources.

Rider Levett Bucknall’s long history can be traced back to a small firm of quantity surveyors established in 1785 in Reading, England. Following two centuries of consolidation and growth, three major companies with common strengths and ambitions-Rider Hunt, Levett and Bailey and Bucknall Austin pooled their resources and expertise to form the Rider Levett Bucknall global practice in 2007.

Rider Levett Bucknall’s cost consultancy, project management and advisory services inform a diversity of project types, locations and clients, responding to contexts as diverse as Asia, Oceania, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, including the long association in the Caribbean.

Rider Levett Bucknall is a substantial group with over 3,000 people in 117 offices across the world. Senior directors are responsible for integrating local knowledge and expertise with access to the global network to provide the best and most up-to-date knowledge. Led by Caribbean Chairman, Martyn Bould, Managing Director, Mark Williamson and USA director, Julian Anderson, Rider Levett Bucknall operates throughout the Caribbean region from offices in the Bahamas, Barbados, the Cayman Islands and St Lucia.

Current assignments in the region include the project monitoring of the US$3.5b Baha Mar resort in Nassau, commercial management of the infrastructure for the Staatsolie Oil Refinery in Suriname, the St Lucia National Hospital and the Limegrove Lifestyle Centre in $Barbados.
