Bishop Tutu is definitely not a scumbag and neither is Kamla Persad-Bissessar.

scumbag-mystery-pack1By Peter Binose, Kingstown SVG

Wednesday, July 08, 2015 – Prime Minister Gonsalves leader of the Gonsalves dynasty family government group, owners of the ULP and the plantation known as Saint Vincent has aligned our pretty adorable little country with a country what can only be described as a nation of political scumbags. We have all heard the saying that birds of a feather flock together, meaning that the company you keep reflects your personality. We have all heard of the concept of being guilty by association. A smart person surrounds himself with other smart people. If you hang out with scum, you will be perceived as scum. You really are only as good as the company you keep. The type of scum you surround yourself with speaks of your values and what you stand for. When you surround yourself with other scumbags on a constant basis, you are exposed to their personal values and ideals so it should come as no surprise that you may end up taking on some of their mentality as well.

Some of you may even remember ‘Aesop’s Fables’ from your childhood. One of Aesop’s Morals was “A man is known by the company he keeps”. Another way of saying it: “You are known by the company you keep”.
Aesop’s Fable: The Ass and His Purchaser [You might prefer to call this The Donkey and His Purchaser]
A man wished to purchase an Ass (a Donkey), and decided to give the animal a test before buying him. He took the Ass home and put him in the field with his other Asses. The new Ass strayed from the others to join the one that was the laziest and the biggest eater of them all. Seeing this, the man led him back to his owner. When the owner asked how he could have tested the Ass in such a short time, the man answered, “I didn’t even need to see how he worked. I knew he would be just like the one he chose to be his friend.”

I am in short talking about our association with Venezuela, led by a scumbag and followed in the Caribbean and the Americas by other scumbags. Hugo Chavez was undoubtedly a scumbag; he lived the life of a scumbag and died a scumbag. He bequeathed his position as King Scumbag of Venezuela to another scumbag called Nicolas Maduro.

All the little jumped up Stalin’s in the Caribbean and Americas flocked to Chavez because what was on offer was an association with a scumbag organization called ALBA, a key to Caribbean Marxist-Leninist policies, the dream by scumbags of becoming one party states, the hope of the subscribing leaders becoming dictators in their own right, money for scumbag policies funded by PetroCaribe, and to cap it all solidarity with other like minded scumbags. Don’t they just love that word, solidarity?

Now you may all think that I am over the top harsh with my words, some may say I am disrespectful I can assure you I am not. Respect must be earned; none of them have earned it. If I thought they would publish it I would put the true position to you in real words that we all understand but are not allowed to write or speak. I was even unsure if I should describe them as jumped up little Stalin’s or if I should describe them as jumped up little Hitler’s, that is how strongly I feel about our association with Venezuela. Venezuela has a rock in the middle of the Caribbean Sea; they have built a structure on stilts on it and now claim it’s an island ‘Bird Island’. Now they are claiming a 200 mile economic sea zone 36,000 square miles around it, which as a rock they couldn’t have done. But with the help of some of our Caribbean scumbag leaders who at the behest of Chavez signed an agreement recognising the rock as an island. So what? Well what it has done is much of the 36,000 square miles they now claim is carved out of the waters belonging to the Caribbean islands. It actually means that those scumbag Prime Ministers that agreed with king scumbag Chavez has rendered up to Venezuela whole sections of our sovereign seas under which are rich oil and gas deposits. So our home grown scumbags may well be answerable to history if not to us. But they will claim they were only demonstrating solidarity with our brother nation. So you can all see at what cost solidarity comes, of course we must not forget the PetroCaribe money.

You may well remember the demonstrations in Caracas Venezuela in 2014 when students were slaughtered. Some shot by Cuban military snipers, others blasted at point blank range. Caracas was full of Cuban Special Forces Las Avispas Negras [The Black Wasps] a Group of Special Forces that are specialized in urban warfare and their principal is killing and maiming to terrify. In Venezuela young people hold demonstrations to demand reforms, the government cracks down on them, which angers more people and creates more protestors. The Venezuelans cannot cope with their own people, so on the advice of the Cubans they allow the Cuban military to take control of the situation. Former Cuban intelligence agent, Uberto Mario, has reported that on February 15th, two separate flights arrived in Caracas from Cuba, each loaded with members of Las Avispas Negras, the so-called Black Wasps of Cuban Special Forces. According to Mario, the Black Wasps spend six months out of the year training, and then rotate back home for another six months. The unit is formally a part of the Ministry of the Interior [MININT] but works exclusively for Raul Castro, and Fidel before him. The unit is based out of Point Zero in Guanabo, and members are reported to operate in plain clothes, which is what they did in Venezuela, beside weaponry they receive extensive training in Karate and Judo. They slaughtered and maimed dozens of young Venezuelan students and brought violent terror to the streets of Caracas. Is that not what is known as scumbag behavior, brought about by scumbag leaders and supported by ALBA leaders in the name of solidarity.

Of course the leaders of the ALBA countries stood by Venezuela during the demonstrations and some actually voiced the opinion that this was all part of an American plot to overthrow Venezuela. All of them instructed their UN ambassadors to vote in UN meetings in ways that showed their support for the scumbag Venezuelan regime. Why? Because we are all owned by PetroCaribe by way of debt and they must support Venezuela against the so called aggression by the US, it’s what’s called solidarity. Not one of the Prime Ministers or Presidents of the ALBA membership spoke out against what was happening to the people of Venezuela. They only spoke in support. Why? Because they are scumbags, and they are supporting scumbags in the name of solidarity, not forgetting the influence of the funding from PetroCaribe.

2014 December: The US announced it was impose sanctions on Venezuela over the violent suppression of anti-government protests which racked the country earlier this year. The US Congress passed a bill to punish officials involved, which resulted in 43 deaths, of students and demonstrators. Human Rights Watch protested and said the violence was part of a “systematic practice by Venezuela’s security forces”. Frustration at heavy-handed police crackdowns – boiled over into street violence on 4 February 2014. Of course in hindsight we now know about the involvement of the Cuban ‘Black Wasps’ the real killers. Deadly clashes between Cuban Special Forces, police, pro-government militias and protesters continued for months, instigated by opposition leader Leopold López, who urged his supporters to struggle for La Salida (The Exit) – a campaign to unseat the president through protests. López was arrested after handing himself into the authorities. Maduro described the demonstrations as an attempted coup d’état, the world knows it was not. Later another prominent opposition figure, Maria Corina Machado, learned that she was being charged on the trumped up charge of conspiracy in connection with an alleged plot to kill Maduro. The White House press secretary; told a news conference “We have not and will not remain silent in the face of Venezuelan government actions that violate human rights and fundamental freedoms and deviate from well-established democratic norms.”
The US has denied visas and frozen the US assets of current and former Venezuelan officials who ordered “significant acts of violence or serious human rights abuses against persons associated with the anti-government protests”.
Maduro responded with defiance, describing the proposed US measure as insolent. “They can stick the sanctions in their ears or wherever else they’ll fit,” he said in a televised speech. “If the crazy path of sanctions is imposed, President Obama, I think you’re going to come out looking very bad.” Cuba and all the other ALBA members protested against the US sanctions and demanded they be removed; they said nothing of the student deaths, not a word. Why? Because they are scumbags, and they are supporting scumbags in the name of solidarity, not forgetting payments from PetroCaribe.

Now to join up the jigsaw puzzle of the Caribbean Sea, Maduro and his military junta have started to bully in the most atrocious way with threats of military invasion of its neighbour Guyana. There were land and territorial disputes regarding land and water during the 1800’s and in 1899 Arbitral Tribunal Award has fully and finally settled the boundary with Venezuela, which were officially and internationally settled in favour of Guyana, and accepted by Venezuela and Guyana. Venezuela seeks to undo and even ignore those settlements. The ALBA members agree with them. Why? Because they are scumbags, and they are supporting scumbags in the name of solidarity, not forgetting the influence of the funding from PetroCaribe.

It is well know that Venezuela is prepared for war having bought from the Russians billions upon billions of dollars worth of arms and ammunitions. Submarines, battle ships, cruisers, destroyers, tanks, aircraft, missile bases, long and short range missiles, more than any country can expect to use for self protection, they are prepared for a full scale war. The ALBA members fully support them. Why? Because they are scumbags, and they are supporting scumbags in the name of solidarity, not forgetting the influence of the funding from PetroCaribe.

Venezuela’s President Nicolás Maduro on May 27 issued a decree creating the “Atlantic coast of Venezuela which now includes sovereignty over Guyana’s territorial waters in the Atlantic Ocean off the Essequibo region, totalling 80,000 square miles of sea. A map, issued to coincide with this decree, indicates that Venezuela is now claiming all the territorial waters within the 200 miles range and blocking Guyana’s access to its resources in this area of the Atlantic Ocean. The Government of Guyana has since informed CARICOM, UNASUR, the OAS, the Commonwealth as well as the United Nations Secretary General about Venezuela’s most recent claim. The problem is many of the same scumbags from ALBA are also involved and are members of CARICOM, UNASUR, the OAS. The ALBA members remain silent on the matter. Why? Because they are scumbags, and they are supporting scumbags in the name of solidarity, not forgetting the influence of the funding from PetroCaribe.

That means with the 35,000 square miles of sea given to Venezuela by the Caribbean islands scum brigade of Prime Ministers and the 80,000 square mile purportedly now stolen from Guyana, Venezuela owns most of the Caribbean and all the oil and gas reserves beneath.

This new extension of Venezuela’s claim to Guyanese territorial waters was made official in the presidential decree, No. 1787, and published in the Ordinary Official Gazette No. 40,669, dated May 27, 2015. It is the second decree expressing a claim to Guyana’s territorial waters; the first, issued by President Raul Leoni forty-seven years ago in July 1968, purportedly claimed “sovereignty” over a twelve-mile strip of Guyana’s continental shelf along the Essequibo coast.
The Maduro decree is set amid Venezuela’s objection over oil exploration and concessions granted by Guyana to the US oil company, ExxonMobil, to explore 23,000 square kilometres of the Stabroek Block located within the area into which the new territorial claim is now extended. Earlier this year when ExxonMobil was about to drill an exploratory well in the area, Venezuela claimed the drilling area as part of its territorial sea. The oil company recently announced a significant discovery of hydrocarbons in the drilling area.

By this decree, the Venezuela government has also created the so-called “Areas of Integral Defence of Marine Zones and Islands,” thus ratifying its maritime sovereignty over the waters of substantial parts of the Caribbean and an attempt to link up with the new waters claimed for Bird Island, in doing so ownership of almost all the Caribbean Sea. None of the ALBA membership have objected, in fact they have all shown support for Venezuela. Why? Because they are scumbags, and they are supporting scumbags in the name of solidarity, not forgetting payments from PetroCaribe.

2015, March: The US announces they will stand by Guyana regarding the acts by Venezuela to illegally grab its land and sea territory.

2015 July 3: Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar announced that Trinidad and Tobago stands in support of Guyana’s claim in its present maritime waters dispute. According to a press release, Persad-Bissessar affirmed her support to Guyana’s President, His Excellency David Granger, during the 36th Regular Meeting of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (Caricom) in Bridgetown, Barbados. During discussions at the Caricom meeting, Persad-Bissessar affirmed with President Granger Trinidad and Tobago’s common interests with both Guyana and Venezuela. However, the Prime Minister stated that Venezuela’s Presidential Decree is a violation of international laws of the sea and expressed support for Guyana’s claim. Persad-Bissessar said, “Our assessment of it, together with our expert in our Foreign Affairs Ministry on treaties, is that this decree is in violation of the international law of the sea and therefore in that regard if we are looking at that and the legality of it, we do not support the issuing of such a degree.”

Maduro ups the stakes in the Guyana dispute during a three hour long speech by trying to whip up the Venezuelan people in his hate campaign against Guyana.
Monday July 06, 2015 08:54 PM EL UNIVERSAL:
Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro on Monday said he has decided to recall ambassador to Guyana Reyna Margarita Arratia for consultations, minimize the Venezuelan embassy staff in the neighboring country and order Foreign Minister Delcy Rodríguez to review diplomatic relations with Guyana. His move came in response to recent tensions over a border dispute involving the Essequibo area.

Maduro backpedals and announces he will take the legal route, that can take years and tie up Guyana for years whilst it quietly goes bankrupt waiting for its oil revenue.
Tuesday July 07, 2015 03:23 PM EL UNIVERSAL
Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro reported on Monday that he “replaced” a decree that points to exercising sovereignty over waters disputed with Guyana and Colombia, waiting for an analysis of courts of justice. “I have decided to take all the content of this decree 1787 to the State Council and the Supreme Tribunal of Justice (TSJ) and, in the meantime, taking the doctrinarian, constitutional criteria (…) issue a new decree to supersede it (the decree issued on May 27) in all its parts,” Maduro said at the National Assembly.

Despite the solidarity of the ALBA scumbags, there is hope on the horizon.

The USA has promised to support Guyana against Venezuelan aggression.

Trinidad and Tobago’s Prime Minister the Honorable Kamla Persad-Bissessar, stated her government condemns Venezuela’s actions.

Bishop Desmond Tutu, the former archbishop of Cape Town complained in El Pias Spanish language newspaper about the lack of global solidarity with the South American nation, calling on global leaders to “move past the rhetoric and take concrete measures.” He also warned the international community “not to wait for another massacre to take bold actions.” His main objection being the holding of opposition leaders as political prisoners in nasty jails and the stifling of free speech. Tutu has lots of experience in that subject.
“The deafening silence and inaction … has given Maduro a license to act with impunity,” he said.

As a last resort you can also be pretty sure that if push comes to shove the British Air-Force and Navy will kick their butts, sink all their ships and submarines and put Venezuela under heavy manners.
