Benje is ready for the 2016 carnival season!

Screen Shot 2016-04-16 at 9.00.06 AMThe ‘Firestarter’ Soca and Reggae Artist Benje is making serious waves in The Bahamas and the
Caribbean.

With three Soca Singles under his belt he certainly means business for the 2016 Carnival Season and the noise he is creating certainly cannot be contained!

His first release La (pronounced as Lay) Bam Bam on January 8th 2016 whet the appetites of Soca Lovers across the Caribbean and set The Bahamas on fire. His second release of Masqueraders, the theme song for the Carnival Band Bahamas Masqueraders made fans even more eager to hear more of his music. The track was released on February 3rd.

March 23rd saw the release of his third track Won’t Stop, Don’t Stop. ‘Won’t Stop, Don’t Stop’ is an ode to the Bahamian Junkanoo Festival which has a genuine Soca flavour that only Benje can produce so well over rhythmic beats with his powerful vocals.

Benje with T ShirtsBenje Performing_1The track was produced by Carlton ‘DJ Muzikal’ Smith for the Amazing Soca Riddim 2016 out of The Bahamas. Written by Benjamin Alexander; Vocals were mixed also by Benjamin Alexander; Recorded at Got Stykz Music Studio, The Bahamas; with the Music Mixed and Mastered by Dillon Jr., this track is an excellent addition to this Bahamian Riddim, bringing a Soca feel to the beloved Junkanoo Festival which is indigenous to The Bahamas.

The track is released just in time for the upcoming Bahamas Carnival Celebrations in May 2016.

All three tracks were well received at his recent performance at Soca Fest 2016 in The Bahamas, and also at a series of events thereafter.

Benje desires to bring his fans nothing but his best work. With more tracks to be released for this year, he intends on putting in an installment for St. Lucia Carnival 2016.
