Amanda Bodden to Head Retail Banking in Cayman

George Town, Grand Cayman — 2 November 2021: Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited (“Butterfield”) today announced that Amanda Bodden has been promoted to the new role of Senior Vice President, Head of Retail and Operations, Cayman.

Amanda joined Butterfield in 2004 as a customer service representative. She has held increasingly senior positions over the last 17 years working her way up to Head of Personal Lending in 2019. In her new role, Amanda will continue to oversee personal lending, in addition to having responsibility for all branch activities and operations in Cayman.

Mike McWatt, Managing Director of Cayman, said, “Amanda has long been an asset to the team and I congratulate her on her appointment. With her deep knowledge of the business, experience and connection with clients, she is well-placed to oversee and continue to build upon Butterfield’s retail offering in Cayman.”

Amanda holds a masters degree in Management from the University of Liverpool, which she achieved in 2020 while working with the support of Butterfield.
