WERPO Signed JV with Caribbean Partners – SEEDSOWERS

11.2013-905x440TEL AVIV, Israel, January 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ —

WERPO (OTCBB: BBRD) is announcing its partnership with SEEDSOWERS INVESTORS AND DEVELOPERS CO. in the Caribbean and Americas, with possible further expansion.

WERPO signed the final JV (Joint Venture) agreement with SEEDSOWERS. Mr. Hugh V Jarvis, president/CEO of SEEDSOWERS, will be WERPO’s local representative in the following territories of the JV: Canada, Florida (US), Anguilla, Dominica, Grenada, Trinidad, Tobago and Suriname. In the first stage of the JV, 5 million dollars will be invested into a subsidiary of WERPO and SEEDSOWERS, yet to be erected. This investment capital is to be raised by SEEDSOWERS over a period of 24 months. In addition, in the first stage of the agreement, both parties are committed to implementing a 2 MW plant in the allotted territory and expand this sea-wave energy project in the second stage of the partnership to a minimum of 5 MW.

Wave energy is one of the most underused resources we have available to us today and in the Caribbean and Americas this is glaringly obvious. WERPO’s and SEEDSOWERS’ goal is to utilize this resource and save the region from future destruction stemming from fuel burning.
