Join us at the Members and Supporters Christmas Party, 10 December from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Enjoy mulled wine and socialize during the opening of two new exhibitions. You’ll also have the opportunity to discover some incredible locally produced items from some of our Featured Artisans.

Education and Outreach Programmes

Please note that next week, 10-14 December is the final week of NGCI classes and school tours for 2018.

All regularly scheduled education and outreach programmes will resume for the new term the week of 7-11January.

We at NGCI extend our sincere thanks to all of our students, instructors, and programme partners for a wonderfully creative 2018 and look forward to another year of artful learning and expression in 2019!

The Clothesline Project

T-shirts from Family Resource Centre’s “Clothesline Project” are currently on display in the National Gallery’s Education Centre in support of the “16 days of activism to end violence against women & girls” campaign.

These t-shirts were decorated by members of the community who have been affected by violence.

The shirts are displayed in hopes that this will encourage others to break the silence of domestic violence within the Cayman Islands, show that everyone does have a voice, and show survivors that they are supported by their community. The Clothesline Project will be on view at NGCI until Monday, 10December.
