In Cayman’s Grand Court last Friday (10) Garry Hurlston was denied his bail application “because of the seriousness of the offence” and remanded to HMP Northward until 24 August.

Hurlston is accused of stabbing a man in the neck whilst attending a party in Windsor Park in June. The victim is in critical condition on a life support machine.

Hurlston denies the charges against him.

On 24^th August Hurlston will be given the chance of answering the charge of attempted murder.
