Hilton announced last week that the Harbor Club hotel in Saint Lucia will be added to its Curio Collection this April. It’s part of an enormous expansion by Hilton in the region. Last fall, Hilton shared plans to redevelop St. Lucia’s Reduit beach into a dual-branded resort destination with one Curio hotel and one Hilton hotel.

The soon to be Curio Harbor Club, has 115 rooms and an impressive four resort pools located in the waterfront in Gros Islet.

“As our first Curio Collection by Hilton property in St. Lucia, the signing of Harbor Club speaks to our commitment to further expanding Hilton’s presence in the region,” said Gregory W. Rockett, vice president of corporate hotel development for Hilton. “Recognized as a luxurious destination in the Caribbean, St. Lucia continues to see an increase in tourist arrivals year after year, and we look forward to returning to the island and providing travelers with an authentic experience.”

“We are proud to partner with such a widely-recognized global hospitality company, particularly since the Curio Collection by Hilton pillars closely align with what we envision for the future of our hotel,” said Wes Hall, Owner of Harbor Club. “Through this alliance, we will introduce a new standard of upper upscale accommodation to travelers visiting St. Lucia.”

In December, Hilton added a Curio Collection hotel in Playa del Carmen and the Mahogany Bay hotel in Belize. That same month the chain announced plans for a new Waldorf Astoria and Hilton in Cancun.
