Press Conference on the Third Global Conference on Health and Climate, convened by PAHO and WHO

WHAT: Press Conference on the III Global Conference on Health and Climate. Ministers of Health and Environment from throughout the Caribbean will meet in St George’s, Grenada, on 16-17 October 2018 to discuss actions needed to ensure climate-resilient health systems in small island developing states (SIDS). The Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization has convened the Caribbean meeting of the III Global Conference on Health and Climate Change as part of the WHO Climate Change and Health in Small Island Developing States Initiative.
