EE, GT Conservation talks swap dates

GRAND CAYMAN, Cayman Islands – The dates for public District meetings to discuss the proposed National Conservation Law have been a switched between East End and George Town.

Gimistory is slated to be held in East End on Thursday, 5 December. The National Conservation Law meeting for that District will now be held on Monday, 9 December, at the East End Civic Centre.

Both the Ministry and the Department of Environment want as many East End residents to attend both Gimistory and the proposed law discussion and so are happy to move the meeting dates.

The George Town discussion on the National Conservation Law will now be held on Thursday, 5 November, at the George Town Town Hall.
