Every year Eclipze Hair Design & Day Spa hosts a Cut-A-Thon in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. This year’s event will be our 17^th Cut-A-Thon! The event will be held on Sunday October 1st at Eclipze Hair Design & Day Spa in Camana Bay

Volunteers from several salons and spas on the island will offer various services to the public at a reduced rate. All proceeds are then donated to The Lions Club of Tropical Gardens Breast Cancer Awareness Fund in aid of Breast Cancer Month.

Eclipze 17th Annual Cut-A-Thon for Breast Cancer Awareness

ECLIPZE HAIR DESIGN AND DAY SPA is pleased to announce the 17th Annual Cut-A-Thon on SUNDAY, 1ST OCTOBER 2017.

17 plus years ago breast cancer hit close to home for Darla and her sister Darna also an owner of Eclipze at the time. They lost a dear aunt to this terrible disease and wanted to help in the fight against it. After exploring different ways to make this possible they decided to use their profession of Cosmetology (Hair & Beauty) in creating a fun and rewarding event for the community to benefit from. Other Salon and Spa professionals were invited to participate and so began their Annual Cut-A-Thon.

This year volunteers from Eclipze Hair Design & Day Spa, Focus Hair and Beauty, Artista Salon, Spa Esprit, and Privé Beauty Studio will again offer services such as wet cuts for men, women & children, mini manicures & eyebrow threading to the public with HUGE SAVINGS!

Also included on the menu is their well-known $1 a minute massages AND new to our list of services this year is Reflexology at $2 a minute (Attached is a service menu). These two services can be scheduled in advance.

CUTS FOR A CAUSE..In an effort to help raise additional funds volunteers have come forward and committed to cut at least 12 INCHES OFF their hair. This can then be donated to Locks of Love, to make wigs for children in need!

Each of these wonderful volunteers is trying to raise a minimum of $1000 towards their cuts. PLEASE help sponsor them to reach these goals!

We are also encouraging other volunteers to come and join us. Sign up early and help to brighten someone’s day!

Joining us this year is our guest Star Stylist ROBY POWERS from THE TIGI NYC ACADEMY & DOUGLAS ROSALES from THE TIGI MAIMI ACADEMY to help raise funds for the Cut-A-Thon!! ROBY will be donating 2 Haircuts/ Styles & DOUGLAS will be donating 2 Make-up Sessions.

Enter the raffle at Eclipze hair design & Day Spa from August 1st, to be in with the chance of
winning one of these services with them and many more fantastic prizes including a STAYCATION and a 1 HR. 24k GOLD FACIAL.

The winners for the hair and makeup sessions will be drawn at random on Sept 25th to ensure
their services are booked in with our visiting stylists on the day of the Cut-A-Thon! SAVE THE
DATE! The remainder of the raffle will be drawn on the 31st October.

Last year’s event was a huge success, thanks to their volunteers, sponsors and everyone that supported this cause; they were able to raise over $15,000 PLUS for this worthy cause. They hope to match this or raise even more this year with your help!

All proceeds raised are donated to The Lions Club of Tropical Gardens Breast Cancer Awareness Fund to help in providing education on early detection & mammograms for men and women who are otherwise unable to afford them. The 17th Annual Cut-A-Thon for Breast Cancer Awareness Fund will be hosted at Eclipze Hair Design & Day Spa located at SUITE 6103D , 10 MARKET STREET, CAMANA BAY on Sunday 1st October from 2pm to 6pm .
