(December 7, 2017) – Today, Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa announces its second annual , which will be held on Saturday, January 13 at 8 p.m. on the resort’s grounds along Seven Mile Beach. celebrates the spirit of Grand Cayman with a free-to-the-public beach concert featuring award-winning headlining artists, curated by Kimpton’s talented entertainment department. Previously known for robust music programming at its individual restaurants and bars across the U.S. (specifically Geraldine’s in Austin and Stratus Rooftop Lounge in Philadelphia), last year’s Toots and the Maytals at Seafire Stage marked Kimpton’s first statement-making move in its own branded entertainment events.

Prior to the second annual Seafire Stage, the resort’s restaurant Ave will host an exclusive Winemaker’s Dinner with The Vineyard House. Beginning at 6:30 p.m. on January 13, guests will join proprietor Jeremy Nickel for an exclusive tasting of various vintages of an outstanding collection that pays tribute to Jeremy’s family, who founded famed Napa wineries Nickel and Nickel and Far Niente. To compliment, the talented Seafire culinary team will host a four-course pairing dinner spotlighting the tastes and flavors of Ave, Avecita and Coccoloba.
