Cayman Islands: Indecent exposure at Dart Park, 8 February

Yesterday, Sunday, 11 February, an incident of indecent exposure was reported to police.  The incident itself had occurred days earlier, on Thursday, 8 February around 5:45pm at Dart Park on South Church Street.

According to the report, a man was seen inappropriately touching himself as he watched children in the park. The man then realized that the adults in the park saw him and quickly left the location.

The man is described as tall, slim built, of dark complexion and with very short hair; he was seen wearing blue shorts and a white V-neck t-shirt.

The police are asking members of the public with any information about this man to come forward.  Further, if anyone sees this kind of behaviour they should contact 9-1-1 right away.

Most importantly, police would like to remind parents and caregivers to be mindful of the whereabouts of children at all times when in public.
