Cayman corporate company and bank supports local charity and radio/telethon update

20140916_110631Kobre & Kim (Cayman) and EFG Bank support local charity

“Every year during the month of August the NCVO’s Children Services programmes welcome corporate and individual volunteers to assist and donate towards maintenance and painting projects. This year we welcomed Kobre & Kim (Cayman) and EFG Bank to our NCVO family and are so grateful for their joint donation towards painting supplies used to refurbish the exterior of the NCVO’s preschool and nursery. Without donations and the hands on support of our community we would be unable to operate the children services programmes which are non-profit entities, dedicated to the care, education and well–being of children and families in need of support in the Cayman Islands.” www.ncvo.org.ky

NCVO’S ANNUAL RADIO TELETHON

The NCVO will be holding its 35th Annual Radio/Telethon on Saturday 25th October, 2014 from 7:00 p.m. onwards at the Prospect Playhouse. This popular event will be aired live on Cayman 27 and Radio Cayman.

The NCVO relies heavily on this event as its main fundraiser for donations. These donations ensure that NCVO projects including The Nadine Andreas Residential Foster Home, Miss Nadine’s Pre-school, The Jack and Jill Nursery, The John R Gray Memorial Fund and The Caring Cousins Lunch Support Programme remain in operation. For detailed information about these programmes, please view our website: www.ncvo.org.ky
