Cayman power outages

From South Sound to Newlands to Frank Sound there were power outages that started from around 8:30 am this morning (Wed 25). Power briefly came back after an hour but this was short lived here in Newlands. Power was restored just before 11am. To date CUC have given no apologies or explanation.
