Trump lists Caribbean mansion for $37.5 million

Looks like Donald Trump is looking to offload one of his mansions, with Sotheby’s listing the luxury Caribbean villa he bought in 2013. Le Chateau des Palmiers is located at Plum Bay on the Caribbean island of St Martin. When Trump purchased the beachfront mansion, it was listed for $26.4 million, however the amount he paid was undisclosed.
Trump is no doubt hoping he has more success offloading this, than the apartments in New York’s Trump Tower.
