In a Press Release sent to us on Thu (8) by the Protect South Sound Group they said an agreement was reached with RC Estates bringing to an end the injunction proceedings recently brought by concerned Cayman residents to stop the dumping of fill into South Sound.

There will be a temporary  road closure  on Stake Bay Road between Kirkconnell Street and Ryan’s Road  from 5.30pm until 8.00 pm today. This is to facilitate a ceremony at the Cayman Brac Museum commemorating the 80th anniversary of the 1932 hurricane.
